First of all FIR cognisable offence ke liye hoti hai yahha FIR ka koi cause nh ban raha .to FIR to likhi ja hi nh sakti.secondary ye k ager wo asi koi dhamki dere h to aap nearest police station me unke against complaint likha skte jisme aap batayege ki jhuta fasane ki dhamki deker dara dhamka rhe or mansik roop s pratadit kr rhe .asa krne se apko do fyde honge 1. police unnko bula kr unpe karwahi kregi.2.apka ekk record banjyga ki apne ek application de rhi h thane me . ager ye in future apko pareshan krne ke liye koi karyawahi krte h to bachaw me apke pass ek paper phle s mojud rhega .

Hi , I am suffering from OCD and I had pictures of Xerox of Sale deed in my mobile, I am not sure, but I believe by mistake I had shared Xerox of sale deed, and my phone is broken, can Xerox be misused, need lawyer advice?

Photocopy of sale deed has no legal value for ownership or registration.It can be misused for cheating, misrepresentation, or fake claims.Precautions:Keep original safe.Don’t share photocopies unnecessarily.Write “For ___ purpose only” & sign if giving copy.Check property records regularly.

State of Haryana vs. Bhajan Lal (1992 Supp (1) SCC 335)सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि यदि विवाद मूल रूप से सिविल प्रकृति का है, तो उस पर आपराधिक कार्यवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए।पुलिस या आपराधिक केस का इस्तेमाल केवल दबाव बनाने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।2. if sharai talaq has been done so get done legally too.and If the husband is still threatening and abusing so can file a complaint in your local area police station under section 351, 345, 74 of BNS

As per your Query I would suggest you that if your brother is not minor and have no objection to sale you 100sqm, so you can purchase it but the point is brother should not be minor then only this will work, otherwise it will not possible to purchase the plot which you willing to purchase
