Q: How to withdraw case from high court ?

i filed a case in DB(jaipur high court) i want withdraw my case without any help of Advocate. how to withdraw a case from high court ? pelase tell me the process and time.

Q: Wife left home and is threatening to file false dowry case

i got marriage 6 months back . my family is living at dholpur .I am working at udaipur .now she is pregnant and she is living with her parents at gwalior. and she is not coming at my home and falsely saying that my parents and me is taking about dowry and all. she is housewife still dont want to do household works .I am Hindu (Brahmin). I want to know that what can I do .I want divorce is it possible .I am govt. servant without much harm to my reputation and money .she is postgraduate but jobless .I will have to give alimony or not. How can i save my family and me .My parents are doubting that what will happen if she will file false complaint of dowry and harassment against us .We can take any step rightnow or not .

Hi friend As per your information she is pregnant so now forget about dowry and any harassment cases just behave like a husband and talk to your wife and her parents to settle all things if they are ready then ok if in case they are not ready to settle then file a suit for divorce and give a notice to her.
