Advocate Gagan Minocha

Advocate Gagan Minocha has been practicing law since 1993 in the District Courts and the High Court of Delhi. In his 21 years of experience he has had the opportunity to conduct and handle important and serious nature matters both at the Trial Courts and the Appellate level.

He has successfully handled cases that cover the offences under the Penal Code, Economic Offences and many matters investigated by CBI and other specialized Investigating Agencies such as Prevention of Corruption Act, Matters pertaining to Stock Exchange Scam, Hawala Matters, Matters relating to Housing Scam in the Ministry of Urban Development, Matters relating to Maruti Udyog Limited, Matters relating to Societies Scam, Company Related Matters, Credit Card Frauds and Offences under other related Criminal Minor Acts including those under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Income Tax Act, Copyright Act, Trade Mark, Companies Act etc.

He has had a professional experience since 1993 and has an Advisory, is in constant Co-Ordination with Law Firms/Advocates, has a major role in query resolution, providing an opinion, recovery matters, forming legal strategies, processes analyzing and strategic implementation including conducting the Litigation on behalf of clients.

He has been actively involved in drafting of notices / reply to notices / contracts, making briefs/complaints and conducting of Court Cases, Advisory and Consultation, drafting and vetting of agreements and litigation– preparation of cases, regular follow up for early decision and conducting cases at the Trial courts and also at the Appellate level.

Advocate Gagan is a Life member of the Indian Law Institute at Delhi and has attended various seminars and conferences organised by the Institute on legal Issues.

Advocate Gagan enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1993. He is a member of the High Court, Tis Hazari and Rohini Court Bar Associations.
