Q: 6 story Illegal construction severely damaging our houses

Houses are damaged severely, big cracks on floor and all walls, even damaged the foundation of my house. The touched side of both the house cavedin for 1 to 2 inches due to adjacent 6 story new under-construction in our colony which is unlawfully driven against passed map in VDA on just 2700 sq.ft. area, leaving all legal aspects at one corner and im sure their are many more reason for such conduct. I have complaint it to VDA for so long but lazy VDA took action lately due to senior authorities in biased way helping builders to complete their project. I guess like VDA took huge amount(bribe) from developer because VDA helping out of the way to builders giving trick n tips to save their illegal building, Leaving us in huge problem which is becoming danger day by day. VDA IS FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR DAMAGE AND PROBLEM WE ARE FACING FROM THESE BUILDERS because we were complaining since so long and informing the immorality we were facing. Plz guide us asap & make our life safe.

well ... first thing just calculate your estimate damage . File a formal police complaint against those builders or authoritiers responsible for damage.Send them legal notice and then subsequent reminder asking for re reimbursement and then file a a claim petition in consumer forum .if claim is more than 20 lakh go directly for state consumer forum in lucknow or if less than 20 lakh then district forum hope probably vda is varanasi

मैंने अपनी कंपनी में रिजाइन दिया था रिजाइन के दिन से ही कंपनी के डायरेक्टर मिस्टर ऋषि चावला का व्यव्हार मेरे प्रति बदल गया मैंने रिजाइन दिनांक १३-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) को दिया था और ०१-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) तक का रिजाइन समय भी. लेकिन उन्होंने मेरी अगस्त माह की सैलरी में से ५००० रुपये काट लिया और सैलरी भी २१-०९-२०१६ को ट्रांसफर की. मेरे पूंछने पर मुझसे कहा की तुम्हारी गलती की वजह से काटे है वो गलती प्रिंटिंग के लिए १४-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) के बाद हुई. उन प्लेटो को प्रिंट पर भेजने से पहले मैंने अप्रूवल भी लिया था.

you have two option either you can file a complaint in labour court seeking to recover your money since you were working permanently on that post or you can also file plaint in civil court . In labour court there there are limitation period so mind it u cant be late

you can charge him of adultery or you can seek divorce from your wife on the ground of adultery .You will immediatly get divorce since you have full proof evidence .Immdiatly file a plaint court will pass order after 6 months and you are also not bound to give any maintenance to her

Yes immediately file a complain in district cons. forum if claim is 20 lakh or less and more than 20 lakh.. it is straight to state forum...the maximum period of limitation for filing a a case in consumer forum is two years

yes very much... if you are hindu..6 month time will be given after filing an application of separation and after 6 months you will get divorce . you can also file your case for maintenance under 125 crpc and also domestic violence act..
