Q: Power of atorny notory or registered?? In future any problems

Owner of properitory firm is ill health now days. He want to take one industrial gsla on rent n in future want to take poison license to trade chemicals on that address. Since he is not fit he wanted me to do that on his behalf . Do I need to notory as well as register this power of atorny Or only notory is enough

Yes.Here u are getting power to manage the gala i.e. immovable Property on rental basis for the purpose of business therefore, In case of any immovable Property, the said power of attorney shall be registered so, in future if any dispute arises the registered document can be a valid and legal evidence.

Q: When can I disclose my design to a lawyer for registering the design

I spoke to a lawyer on the phone regarding design registration, and the first time we spoke he told me to give JPEG of my product along with some other documents. I have not met him personally, I got his contact online, he operates from home which is not a problem, but I want to be cautious, please advice as to how and when can I disclose the details to him.

You can have dilouge with your advocate and fixed the meeting in regard of the same. The Advocates generally ask for the image i.e the design to verified and analyse the same. There are so many factors which shall be considered before finalising or registration of said design. The design shall be verified on the portal to confirm that any unwanted design pattern which is against public interest or any community. Therefore it is necessary.

Q: Name entry in ministry of corporate affair's site without consent

Dear sir, I am employee of the private firm. But they have taken my adhar card,pan and mobile no and enter my name as a director on MCA site without telling us. I have received msg from MCA site in this regard with DIN no. Now I want to delete my name from the said site. What I do so no any misused of my name as a director. Pls gudie us sir,

SirFirst of all are you aware about generation of your digital signature, without which application for Director cannot be filed on MCA. Secondly, Now you can file DIR -12 on MCA for Resignation as Director. I will suggest please communicate with the concerned persons/organisation in which you were appointed as Director without your concent and Follow the above-mentioned procedure (DIR -12). Kindly revert back in case any difficulty. Thank You.
