Q: Land Sold As Per Society Registration Paper And Layout

Sold a land as mention in the society and layout which was purchased by me actually the land without measurement. Now the buyer has complain about short of land which was mention iin the paper...in police station...what are remedies and solution for me as I have sold it as it is as I had purchased it .

Before the police station, you have to mention that this pertains to a civil dispute with regard to measurements of the land which has been purchased, hence no criminal action can be taken in this matter. The purchaser ought to have done his due diligence before purchasing the land and checked the measurements.

Q: Consent Terms Fulfilled, Respondent Withdrew In the last moment

I filed a divorce petition under Section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Both parties signed Consent Terms before the Family Court Counsellor. I fulfilled every obligation, stridhan returned, belongings taken from home, one amount also agreed, vehicle transferred and documents shared. On the final compliance date, the respondent withdrew consent. A Pursis is filed on record. Now facing counter-claims under 498A, DV Act and maintenance proceedings. Seeking legal guidance.

The conduct of the wife will have to be shown before the Magistrate Court where 498A and DV proceedings are filed. You can also file a fresh Petition for divorce and mention all the relevant information in the Petition along with supporting documents before the Family court.

Q: Case Registered In Family Court.when Court Issue Summon To Opp..Party

My case Registered some days ago and Court issued first date on April end....When court issue summons to other party? After Registration of case....or after first date?

During the first Hearing, the Advocate will have to appear and seek a direction for issuance of Summons, after which Summons will be issued, your lawyer will be required to submit a copy of the Petition with the Bailiff who will serve the Summons along with copy of the Petition.

Q: Mother name issue guidance needed

I consulted so many lawyers many are just AI ans and some just making it a career ending problem so please only pratical answers are accepted-my ssc , hsc and Leaving certificate has my mother only first name - priya mentioned while my degree marksheets and certificate I mistakenly enter her full name - priya arun kulkarni , which is her full legal name now I want to apply for govt jobs like psu, upsc and ssc CGL so will I face any issues like I need immediate correction or there another way

In many official documents, the full name of mother is not mentioned, only first name is mentioned. Since, there is no mistake in the name or spelling, it is unlikely that you will face any issue for government jobs. In case there is any issue, you can get a publication in Gazette for the change in name if so required.

Q: Will it cause me problem please guide, I am scared

Actually I got passout in 2024 but because of some issue I got all graduation marksheets and degree certificate corrected now in 2026 bcz of this the issue date in all my documents is 2026 will it cause me any problem, during documents verification and all during job

The date/ month of passing out will be mentioned separately on the documents, hence, there will not be any problem during documents verification. In case the same is not mentioned, you can raise a concern with the university by submitting a representation.
