Q: I want maintainance for my child
I am 35 years non working women with 2 year old child. I want maintainance from my husband who is earning 50 k monthly. We are staying together but we split the household and baby expenses now I don't have earning and unable to continue the same. But he is disagree with the same. So I request for maintenance.

My wife had filed a false complaint against me of dowry and physical & mental harrassment. Which was dismissed in bharosa cell as she herself admitted that no such thing had happened. In bharosa councelling i somewhere felt wronged as the officer and mahila aayog Adhikari only focused on her one sided manipulated story and ended up saying there's no big issue and you can live together.
