how to sell sc land without permission? can SC land 2000 sq ft purchased by oc without approval or 143. what are legal implication for transfer of owner ship.

while purchasing the land of SC ,that party (seller) have to obtain permission from DM in this regard .And 143 is resedential land by which you can opt this. but in mutation there is no change,but you can get loan against it.

my husband has filed divorced against adultry section but i dont want to give divotce to him 3 years has been complete of marriage i dont have any child now i am a working women 2 years back my husband has a doubt that i had a extra marrital affairs but it was not like that we where a good freind and also i visited one time with him out of delhi on his birthday .. as my husband was also out of delhi so i was alone so went with my freind .. but against thsi my inlaws and my husband started torchering me i called police n everything was sorted .. after 2 years my husband has left home one day suddenly by stating in aletter that what you have done before because of that i dont want to leave with you.. his number was also not contactable when i called his parents they said taht we have filed divorced case aginst you from 2 years but i am not aware of that at all .. what to do i dont want to give divorce please help ..

if loan is only your father name then you have to submit some necessary document which your bank wants. succession is not required in this case. The bank wil transfer loan amount in your mother name as you want.
Q: GST & FAR Increase without intimation after booking of flat
Hi Folks/Expert, I want to understand few things for purchasing a new flat : A: How much GST Charges shall be applicable on constructed project & Builder anticipating the Part OC from authority in few days --may be in a month time . B:When We book the flat that after 05 days builder sales team declare they have obtain the part OC for the flat ,In this scenario shall buyer have to pay the all applicable GST charges ,whatever builder is demanding @12 %. C: After booking Builder increase the FAR ,Without any intimation is this right ? Now my question is that after booking keeping buyer in dark ,after a one weeks how they got the OC ,technically they have to inform buyer well in advance to avoid the expensive GST Charges ? After Booking ,how can they increase the FAR ,Even after getting the Part OC Certificate from GNoida authority . Does RERA or any authority will help in this situation ,or what buyer do actually in this situation ? Pl suggest ! Regards
