Q: New flat purchases at Ganga legend

I am planning to buy new flat at Ganga legend at bavdhan pune I want to know it’s approved by all authority or not and it’s have any leagal issue which need to consider before buy.

For that your have to verify all related documents through legal adviser. First of all consult the lawyer and get list of documents required i.e. Legal and technical file, search and title report, chain of agreement, commencement/completion certificate, Sanction plan etc. and get opinion over it. Then only finale your deal.

Q: Applied for personal loan bank charged money but no loan was given

On 20/8/18 i applied for personal loan of 1.5lacs. (Malad, Mumbai) made contact and assured it. They charged me payments (file processing, tax,insurance,gst,imps)of 35,860. Till date i haven't got loan not refunded my payments. No positive response. I m mentally harassed by them. Pls suggest me solution

Immediately go to Police Station and file FIR of cheating and fraud against them. And henceforth do not entertain any call like loan or offer of insurance. Be aware of such type of frivolous schemes there are in market.

Q: FIR under 279 for Rash driving, I just have to pay fine ?

FIR against me launched yesterday under 279 IPC. I was driving in wrong side. What do I have to do now? Police have not arrested me but told me to pay the fine in court.

Now the situation getting change, we always use to appreciate western countries for their well discipline rules, and traffic. We have also the same but the people are ignoring. We should always follow the rules and abide ourselves with self discipline, which will avoid accidents and unnecessarily suffering of innocent persons. Now you will be call by police to appear before court on any fixed date, There you will have two option whether to plea guilty or contest the case. If you plea guilty court will order you to pay fine and if you deny allegation then you will have to appoint advocate to defend yourself.

Q: How to withdraw power of attorney from lawyer and co-plaintiff

I would like to withdraw my property case and Power of Attorny from lawyer and co-plaintiff brother respectively as it is prolonged. How I can proceed? I'm hindu.

You can issue notice to revoke power of attorney and also publish public notice in news paper with effect that the said power of attorney has been revoked. You can appoint another lawyer to represent your case, in that case also you need not require to give power of attorney, mere VAKALATNAMA is sufficient for lawyer.

Q: Declaration of Insolvency and Bankruptcy by the builder

I have booked flat on 22/05/2015. possession date was 30 months from the date. Now corporation declared Bankrupt and ask me to fill form CA regarding the claim to Interim Resolution Professional. I have Paid neary 3200000/ to builder stagewise. How could I claim Interest on my amount( as per my payment date or from date of possession) and at what interest rate . Please advise me

You will have to file your claim along with documents to resolution professional appointed in respect of insolvency undergoing process. You can directly file your claim to the Insolvency professional through email or register post to the address mentioned in advertisement of calling claims. You do not need any CA assistance in this case. And keep following up with resolution professional only.
