Q: Resonance Kota Coaching fee refund

Sir I paid resonance Kota rs 145000 fee for jee classroom coaching.Classes is going to be held from April 1.But because of lockdown, classroom classes is not going.Instead they are providing online classes which I haven't enrolled but online videos are provided to all students enrolled for classroom classes without students permission.I applied for refund.They didn't tell me the actual amount that I will get but said that atleast 25000 rupees(10000 for admission+15000 for study material which I didn't get and also asked I don't want your study material since it is of no use without classroom classes) since it is written in brochure that it is non refundableMy opinion- Why they should deduct 25000 if they haven't provided services for which I have paid.Paying 25000 is just like giving money without any return

As per you question you are entitled all the some which you paid,, but because the transaction acted upon at kota so you should file a consumer complaint in kota consumer forum, certainty you will succeed.



Q: Sell my share of house property to bank in order to clear the loan.

My father and his brother have a house in their name. The house is mortgaged and the loan liabilitu is also for both of them.My father wants to sell the property and clear the loan but his brother does not agree. Can my father sell his share to the bank to clear his share of loan and get the remaining proceeds left in our share?

Q: Fraud Case: Rented equipment are not returned by renter

I have a camera rental firm registered in Jaipur. A Jaipur resident had taken camera on rent 4 months ago, he has not returned it yet. He picks up the call. But, doesn't return the camera. I have audio recording of him stating that he has the camera. The payment of few days' rent was made online by him initially. Now he doesn't pay the rent nor he returns the camera.How should I go about this case?1. Should I send a legal notice first with a lawyers' help?2. Should I file an FIR of fraud against him?

i read your problem, you have 2 options one civil case in rent tribunal & second go to file fir against him you may say civil case is time taking process but proper remedy, or if you have any reletion with police you may go to police



Q: jaipur property case when complainant and defendant are delhiites

Hi,I purchased a land in jaipur on installment basis and the colonizer assured me that I can go for registration of the same plot in my name once 50% or more payment has been paid you me. I belong go new Delhi and the colonizer belongs to new Delhi also his pvt ltd company has been registered in new Delhi and and his residence and office are both in delhi. So I filed case against him to get the said plot be registered in my name, but the magistrate after trial ran for approx 20 months says that he will dismiss the case as per cpc clause 18 as the property belongs to jaipur only whether you two are from delhi. Is there any supreme court or high court judgement related to this issue or guide me how to get it transferred to jaipur court. the colonizer has relation with political and police persons. I want this case to be settled in delhi only. I have fear to be illegally or maliciously treated by the goons of colonizer there in jaipur while going/appearing for court hearings.......
