Q: Query about college is refusing to give my original documents

I am an engineering student of radhaswami institute of technology jabalpur m.p. I took admission in above stated college in 2014. I have completed my engineering and now college is asking me to pay full fees 92000 after completing my degree and refusing to give my original marksheets and other documents back.they didn't gave any notice before completing my degree regarding any pending fees.i have already paid the amount which was asked during the course as tution fees.ow they are asking for more money at the end saying administration forgot to ask for fees before.kindly suggest me what to do to get back my documents.

serve notice first through advocate and then file complaint before nearest consumer forum to get the documents...you can also file FIR against management of collage for cheating, so contact to nearest advocate to get remedy.

Q: Service relating to state government

मेरा फ़ाइनल सिलेक्शन होने के बाद मुझे डिपार्टमेंट के द्वारा यह कह कर नियुक्ति नहीं दी गई कि जिस सीट मे आपका चयन हुआ है वह विकलांग की सीट है आप विकलांगता का प्रमाण पत्र दिखाए. जबकि मे सामान्य अनारक्षित श्रेणी का अभ्यर्थी हू और मेरा चयन भी अनारक्षित ओपन मे हुआ था. डिपार्टमेंट ने इसे सिलेक्शन कमेटी की गलती बता कर मुझे बाहर कर दिया. और सभी को नियुक्ति दे दी. सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद अचानक से अनारक्षित सीट आरक्षित बता दी गई.

this is wrong you can file writ before high court for the same....no seat can be changed to another category..even if seat does not fill then it kept vacant for next schedule of selection process. hence your seat can be altered.

Q: For a phone of delhi police from bajaj finance

Sir maine apne father ko bajaj finance se mobile finance karwaya tha sir maine loan pura completely paid kr dia hai but sir kuch dues paid nai the aur i think sir ek cheque bounce hua tha per sir aisa cheque bounce hua ni kabhi but jo delhi se phone aya unhone ne kaha mai delhi police se bol rha hu sir apke cheque bounce aur dues paid na hone ke krn ap pe case darz hai jiske krn ap arrest ho sakte ho aur unhone kaha ki ap bajaj finance ki branch office pe jake 10000 paid kr dijye so sir tell me bina koi notice emails ke bina sir wo arrest kaise kr sakte tell me sir am in big problem

this may be fake call you can ask the summons though if any payment via remaining then pay directly to your near office of institutions..and get the NOC first. despite this you can also send a letter or notice to concern branch and head office of institution.

Q: Information about rti notice received

I had received a rti notice 2 month ago about showing my documents but I replied him that i can't provide my personal information to anyone. Now i was called up by inspector and he has shown me a paper in which he was asking me about my documents when i asked him that can i take this paper or pic of it he refused. Is it necessary to show documents to inspector because it seems to be fraud case in which some one is trying to steal some information from my documents. What should i do in this case. Can i take some action against them or what could be the possibilities that are possible.

no need you can submit the reply that not to disclose personal information...under RTI act you have privileged to not to showing the personal documents. if they denied to do that than you can file appeal before appealate officer...or then move to commission.

Q: Consume court application of case for after warranty complaint

I bought honor mobile phone on 4 February 2018 with one year warranty on phone, after 3 months I noticed faulty display and I contacted authorised service centre and in the month of August 18 I submitted my mobile phone with service resolution within 8to 10 days but after so many efforts and contacting higher officials I got my phne in near about 1 month and they changed whole motherboard with new imei no. Now t started using my phone but In month of January 19 I noticed same problem I contacted company and this time they changed the display but they did not give me any paper regarding this service. Now I m noticing the same problem in screen and my warranty is expired. So here I stand chance to present my case in consumer forum and if yes what are my chances to win and what is the procedure to followThanks

yes you can file complaint before forum...and you have much possibility to get award in your favour with compensation due to unfair trade practice....so contact to near forum for the same...may also engage a lawyer..
