Q: PENDING DOCUMENTS AND PENDING DUES BY DEVLOPER
Our CHS society has been formed after forming society builder has not paid the maintenance bill from last 12 months for 15 unsold flats and parking and not handover the society related handover documents till date i want to know what is the time line in which he has to handover all the documents ?. also now he wants to sell 1 flat and wants NOC for bank loan for single flats. can a society say no for single flat NOC until the full amount of 15 flats is received ? or can issue for single flat.

Hi!! I own a joint property with my ex husband in Pune. Presently I live outside Pune and it seems he is planning to rent that joint property of ours.
