Q: PENDING DOCUMENTS AND PENDING DUES BY DEVLOPER

Our CHS society has been formed after forming society builder has not paid the maintenance bill from last 12 months for 15 unsold flats and parking and not handover the society related handover documents till date i want to know what is the time line in which he has to handover all the documents ?. also now he wants to sell 1 flat and wants NOC for bank loan for single flats. can a society say no for single flat NOC until the full amount of 15 flats is received ? or can issue for single flat.

Society has to comply with the norms of the respective authority... there are many things that has to be obtained by the developer if any case is pending in Rera for further detailed guidance kindly book consultation with us and visit the office with the documents

Q: Deceased owner transfer to nomiee

My father passed away in 2019, and my mother in 2020. I own a flat valued at ₹10 lakh, listed under my nominee's name. However, the society has been uncooperative for three years. Despite being familiar with me, they haven’t initiated the transfer process. When I asked about transferring the name via an indemnity bond, I was invited to a meeting. After four meetings, the secretary remains unresponsive and hasn’t provided clear guidance. Should I go to the registrar office or obtain a legal heir

Hi!! I own a joint property with my ex husband in Pune. Presently I live outside Pune and it seems he is planning to rent that joint property of ours. I dont have the original documents of the property paper but I have Xerox of it. I require a certified copy of the same and also can he put that flat on rent without my consent?

Gift to wife will be done through registration officer thats 2 percent of the value of the said flat plus registration. and drafting charges ... adhar pan property tax light bill and property purchase deed

Sir/Madam,My late brother owned a flat in Nallasopara, District Palghar, Maharashtra. He passed away on 4th September 2025 due to a paralysis attack. He is survived by one minor son aged 15 years. His wife (the child’s mother) had passed away one year ago due to a brain hemorrhage.My brother had not registered any nominee for the said flat. The housing society has informed us that there is no nominee name recorded in their records.In this situation, I request your guidance on the procedure
