Q: Remittance of large funds over 100 million USD back to India

I want to trade currencies i.e. EURUSD specifically when I move to Canada as an international student. As far as I know, NRIs are allowed to engage in international currency trading legally. I want to do this by setting up an offshore company in the British Virgin Islands to minimize corporate taxes. My question is, how can I transfer all of the money I earn back to India after I have liquidated my company, and decided to move back to India? Will I face legal trouble?

Q: I am taking the funds from investors for business

Taking the funds in form of loan how can I give the investors safety for funds he is going to invest on me he is ready to transfer the funds but we both are from different state what should I do for notary both parties are physically required in my case it is not possible

Q: I want to retire from the partnership firm and arbitration is there

I want to retire from a partner ship firm which has duration at will and has clause for retirement as well by giving notice and arbitration was invoked by other partner but Arbitrator in between left for personal reason so right now partner has gone to high court for new appointment and i wants to retire from the firm can I do so and how please guide

Ideally you need to issue notice of your resignation to rest of the partners subject to the contractual conditions for retirement under the partnership deed. Also you need to settle all your dues by finalising financial statements as on date of your retirement. We can discuss the issues in details.

I was a partner in startup between 2017 - 18. I put my resignation and submitted all documents, materials, dues, Transferred shares to proceed for DIN withdrawal & exit. I am following up with existing director for changing the address (our residential) we used while incorporating... 2 yrs down the line it haven't got yet changed and company is active on ROC. I carried away with my carrier plans and progressed, I decided to put a legal notice to them will that affect on my professional life? I never crossed legal activities earlier and don't want to create any mess in my life further... Please guide on suitable options I can do to get address change without messing up the situation

You can simply file a complaint with ROC regarding misuse of your residential address. But if you have give unconditional consent to use the address then it will be tough. Better you give them legal notice to change of the address failing which you will take legal action against them. Then you can file complaint with ROC.
