Hi,I married in 2023 feb and my wife left within 15 days and after that switched off phone.Later she refused to stay she also take jewllery and cash from home .I filed cases within one month of section 9 and 380 and section 156 where section 9 and 380 order favor me.Now my wife files fake cases after more than 33 months of 498 and dv and 376 and asking for 25 lakh as settlement which I am refusing.I got stay order from high court and now case in mediation center.I do not want mediation .plz su

File an Application Under Section 482 CrPC (If not filed yet)For quashing false 376 & 498A case. No husband can be forced to pay unreasonable settlement amounts, especially when the wife deserted the marriage immediately.

hello sir,you can file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency by the insurance company. the insurance company is liable to meet your claim and as they have not done that then a legal notice can be sent first and then if they still do not approve the insurance claim then a complaint can be filed in consumer court.

tahsildar ke yaha ek application de sakte hai thaakbandi ke liye aur fir uspe apna hissa birdharan kara ke SDM ki dekh rekh mei police bal ki sahayta se apne adhikarik hisse ka kabja le sakte hai. agar hisaab nirdharan na hota toh apne Koore ke liye partition suit daal sakte hai
