Q: Can husband get a divorce without the consent of the wife

My husband wants to file for divorce can he get it without my consent .as I don't want the divorce. we had a court marriage this year may. his reason is my anger. what can I do to save my marriage from getting a divorce?

Your husband wants to file a divorce bt before the time of 2 year of marriage he can't file any suit of divorce.....in other conditions if each other are living saparatly from one year then he can file a suit of divorce and send you a noticeWhen you appear before the court...the judge ordered both of the parties to going before the councilor....when the mediation is failed then both of u come in regular suit in the court.....if court found such grounds for granting divorce ...then passed an order for divorce and dicreet

Q: Cyber crime against person for saving a girl's pictures.

I saved a whatsapp profile pic of a female friend and send it to some one and now some guy is there who is telling me that he will go to the cops as what i did was crime. Is it?

If you save your female friends pic for a malicious intention and hence you have been forwerded this pic to another male guy.....then it is a crime under the said act...,bt if have save your female friends pic for your memories and that female friend is a good friend of you bt her picture was by mistake forwerded to another person...then it's not a crime.....

Q: Possibility of legal separation from father

Hello, My father is not a good person, after giving multiple chances now I want separation from him. Please suggest the better way to do so legally.

If your father is not a good man and he have a bad behaviour to you and your other family members then you can publish a gujjet in news paper with an affidavite on stamp of 10 rupees....After publishing a gujjet you get that newspaper and with an application of saparation you send this same in the offeces of supretendent of police...local Nagar nigam and block development office of your area...and then you can apply for your saparete family register

Q: Can compensation be claimed for land acquired by government

we had 30 bigha agriculture land we buy this property 30 year back . this agriculture land was known as ( talwa land ) pound , we have documented ownership as sale deed and jamabandi , and also chakbandi record done its also shown ownership , now government  have acquired 1000 bigh agriculture land included 30 bigha of our without any compensation to built "panchi vihar park " they give the reason this land is pound land , so no compensation will be given , now want take your advice if we file a case in court we can get compensation or not . or only wastage of money or time

If you have a gata nomber or khatauni nomber of your said land and naksha of that area where your land is situated...then can get compensation if you come before the court.....bt if the said land is a govt property which is sold to you by any other person then you are not able to get compensation by govt.....
