Advocate Ananya Jain answered
We can challenge DivorceDecree passed by Family Court before High Court & state all the facts & Laws before High Court. If Family Court has passed the decree without seeing the relevant grounds or Laws, Hon’ble H.C will definitely hear the person against whom decree has been passed & grant relief. As far as other matters are concerned, try to settle with mutual consent & file for Mutual Divorce & that way Wife will have to withdraw all cases pending before all Courts.
Q: What is the process of mutual consent divorce and how much time does ?
Process of mutual consent divorce and cost fee? How much time does it takes?
Advocate Ananya Jain answered
The process of Mutual Divorce is very less time taking & very less complicated. The entire process is finished in 25-30 days. Process would include both spouses to appear before Court 2 times & by 2nd Motion, you’d be granted Divorce.
