Q: Remedy if lawyer doesnot follow instruction of client

What is the remedy available for client if a lawyer who was instructed by their client not to withdraw the 482 application under any circumstances, still withdrew it in High Court after taking full fees.

Move an application on affidavit for recall of the order by stating that no instructions were given to withdraw the Application under 482 to the Lawyer who under some misconception did it. This application can be moved by the same Lawyer or engage another Lawyer

Yes now daughters have also equal rights on Agriculture Land. Is there any Will of your Mother? If not both son and daughter shall have equal right in the property. Year of purchase is immaterial now even purchased by your father in name of mother also does not make any difference

Q: Transfer of flat from mother to son

I am living for 15 years that I purchased in mother name in society for senior citizen in Greater Noida, NCR as I was below that age the. Now I am 60 years, my ailing mothr of 95 years is living with me and I have a will resistered in New Delhi for ttransfer of flat in my name. The flat is in society run by RWA and the original society is non-funct and registry is still pending.I want to know in such scenario, will I get the flat tarnsferred in my name through will or require some more procedure..please advise.

Do you have registered Sale Deed in favour of your mother? If so then if Will is registered in your favour for same property then after your mother the property can be transferred in your name in all records . No further Registration required

Sir maine shine city infra pvt ltd se ek plot ki 60000Rs me booking kiya tha aur maine 9000 ka kewal 2 kist bhara tha tabi mucche pata chala ki o ploting kisi dusre company ka hai abhi maine o kist dena band kar diya aur main shinecity ke agent se is bare me bat kiya to o bole jo bhi viwad hai use 6 month tak resolve kar liya jayega lekin aaj 1 sal ho gaya. Dusra company us ploting ko dhadle se bech raha hai. Maine refund ke liye bola o bole ho jayega aap apni sari original receipts ko jama kar do sath me aadhar card bhi. Aap ko check mil jayega. Is proses me 6 month ka time lagega. par mucche in par wiswas nahi hai. aur jo receipts jama karuga ga uski rasid 1 month ke bad milega. aap se yahi janna chahta hu ki yah sahi hai. Plz sahi rah dikhaye

No do not deposit your original receipt. Send legal notice through Lawyer for refund and cheating. Thereafter file case before Consumer Court for refund. Consumer Court of your District will have jurisdiction
