Tata Capital loan agents threatening to file NPW Non Bailable warrant fir non payment if personal loan emi from last 2 years...please let me know if they can file non baiailble warrant

they will file suit against you for recovery of there dues if you are not going to court for hearing then yes they can file for warrant and court will also allow them better go for hearing on time then such issue won't arise



Q: give material amount of rs 550000/- but party coudnot pay payment.

given cheque amount of rs 550000/-was bounce. 2months completed.what can i do my money back ?wich action taken

you can again deposit the cheque and get bounce and then you can go for 138 matter for recovery of money it will be beneficial for you to re bounce the cheque and other option is you can go for summary suit and get you money recovered both option are speed in nature



Q: Person is not denying to pay back my money they are extending date

I joined network marketing in june 2020 and I payed 18300 to that for starting but because of my personal issues I can't continued it so I inform them that I can't do it anymore in August 2020. The person who added me I gave him 18300 ruppes out of this 5000 were send to office and other were with that person so I request to give it back but they are not giving it they are not denying to give but from approx 1 year my time is wasting before them but still I not got a single rupees back

how did you gave money source of transaction is bank or cash you can send legal notice to the person but you should have supporting evidence which would help the further process to be easy yes making legal notice do cost you the fees of advocate .

I had lost 20000 ruppes because of online fraud.so can I want complain in cyber crime.everyone is saying it will affect my future so don't complain.i am worried does my complaint will make me jobless in future or it will create any other problems in my future

there is nothing such dnt be afraid what people say by complaining your job won't ever effect there is no age bar for filing a complain and you are free file a complain against the fraud happens to you always think of other if today you won't complain then the fraudsters would fraud some other innocent person.
