Please intimate how many cases will be registered if a person makes 100 false and forged marks sheets of 100 persons

If some makes false marksheet he will be prosecuted for making fake stamp using counterfeit seal of authority and The offence is non bailable and will be registered under section 467,468 ,471 IPC such offences are against the state.FIR can be registered under such offences

ऐसी किसी भी घटना की जानकारी पहले पुलिस को डागर पुलिस नही सुनती है तो डाक द्वारा पुलिस थाना प्रभारी व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक को चिट्ठी भेजे फिर जिस न्यायालय में उस स्टाम्प को लगाया जा रहा है वहां जज साहब को बताए।ज़बरदस्ती लगवाया हुआ अंगूठा मान्य नही होगा

Q: Clarification for releasing the criminal accused under section 307 IPC

If 307 is subjected to anyone and victim's medical also took place and also there are more than 3 people of eye witness can the criminal become free as the investigating officer is saying that section 323 will be imposed according to the medical report

Yes, go for FIR quashing in that case , medical report is only instrument that insures the inquiry but if in case investigation has proces that it was attempt of murder it willen proscecuteed accordingly .

Q: Can police arrest couples who are staying in hotels with valid ID's

I am 18 years old and my girlfriend is 17 years. can we stay together in a hotel in India? If a couple who are consenting adults are staying in a hotel with their valid IDs provided to the hotel management are committing any sought of crime.. Does the police has the right to arrest or file a case against such couples . What to do if police is harassing the couple under such circumstances

No Police cannot arrest in this case , but Police can arrest you on any apprehension. You both should be major in age and shall produce identity card when asked . There is no provisions to arrest . Staying in hotel is not illegal .

Q: Procedure for refund as delay in construction of Amrapali project

I have bought a flat in Amrapali Adarsh awas yojna dec 2015. Paid 20% value.Builder has not not yet started construction . I wish to get refund of my deposit.

You can place a legal notice to them , as you share a consumer and seller relationship with your builder ask them for compensation still if they dont comply with your conditions file a consumer complaint in District forum/state commission depending on valuation of the matter. These all things can be done with a 'Advocate' practicing consumer matters .Thank you
