Maine tata project ke sath 2018 me irai project me piti contract me work start Kiya tha aur 2020 tk kiya. Esme maine 13 invoice me billing ki aur sabhi ka GST timely jma kiya pr GST ka amount aaj tk tata project ke management clear nahi kr rhi h uske liye kya kre margdarshan kare

Agar aapne sabhi invoices ke against GST ka bhugtan sahi tarike se kiya hai aur Tata Project uska settlement clear nahi kar raha hai, to sabse pehle aap unhe ek proper legal notice bhejein. Notice ke saath invoice copies, GST challans, aur agreement attach karen. Agar uske baad bhi settlement nahi hota, to aap civil suit for recovery ya arbitration initiate kar sakte hain (agar agreement mein arbitration clause hai). Aap GST department ko bhi inform kar sakte hain taki koi input tax credit misuse na ho. Ek vakil ke madhyam se proper legal action lena yahan uchit rahega.
