Q: Want to sell the property but other person threatening me not to do it

I wanna sell my house this house was belongs to my grandfather he has 3 son 1 daughter i m the daughter of first son before grandfather death he made a wasiyat he mentioned he would like to give his house to his first son daughter after his death and don't want to give there son and daughter after his death i registered house to my name now m the owner and wanna sell the house but grandfather 2nd son and daughter threatened me they will sent me jail if i sell this house what should i do now for selling house without any issues

Firstly you lodged a first information report against them for threaten you in concern police station.. Also moved an application before higher authority for their manifest and erratic act..OrYou can also be move a civil suit against the said persons on the basis of last will of your grandfather executed in your favour..



Q: Procedure to divide property between brothers by mother

we have a house in Lucknow, the upper portion is of my mother and groud floor is of my aunt. I have want to know the process , if my mother wants to divide her share between me and my brother.

Prior to share division between you and your brother it is necessary to know that the property in question has been legally divided between your mother and aunt. If there is no dispute regarding property share between your mother and aunt then your mother can be divide a property between both of you.



Q: Can a government employee open their own business

Hello All, I am having a doubt related to Government Sector in India.It was told by people to me that law does not allow government employees to have their own business. I am just eager to know that is there any Law for the same.if I am a Government Employee working under the central government then would I able to start my own business..?? Many time people in my contact came across excellent business ideas but they do not proceed due to the certain rumors(I am not sure is it a rumor or law ) that an employee working under government is not allowed by Govt of India to start their own business. One of my friends is still confused with this.he has an excellent idea of a startup but it was told by people that you cannot proceed because the law does not allow us. One has to resign from government sector to startup their business.

According to service rules, any government employee can not be open or run any business in his/her name. But if you want to run a business, for extra income, you can be start the same by the name of any member of your family i.e. wife, son, daughter, mother, father or brother.



Q: Can I get flat registered in my name if my father is a co-applicant

I ahve booked a flat where my father is às a co applicant. We applied a home loan where similarly me as a applicant and my father is as a co applicant. Is it possible to have the flat registered on my name only.

To register a flat in your name, only, you need a No Objection Certificate and a consent of your father in your favour. After receiving the N.O.C and a consent letter the company shall be execute the sale deed in your name.
