Q: Procedure to file complaint against English coaching institute
I had taken admission in let's talk institute of English speaking academy dadar Mumbai in June 2017 & my course was for six months but after joining of three months they have shifted their branch far away and now they are not refunding my fee and also wasting my time. So how should I file complaint against them?

Send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking for refund of your fees. If that doesn’t help file a consumer complaint in the district forum at Lower Parel. For filing a consumer complaint you need to hire an advocate.
Q: Can court issue r/w against surety when accused abcsond
When accused is abcsond since one year & court issue notice against surety to produce the accused but he failed can court issue r/w against surety
Advocate Abhijeet Shukla answered
Yes. The court can issue notice to the surety if the accused is absconding when released on bail. The surety has to appear before the court. In case where the Accused does not appear before the Court when released on bail, the Court can come against the Surety only to the extent of the bail amount.
Q: Procedure to obtain copy of charge sheet from the court

Copy of charge sheet can be obtained from the court. In the clerical department you need to fill the form and affix the court fees. Apply on urgent basis you’ll get the copy in three days. Also you need to pay an amount per page. Better hire a lawyer.
Q: Legal procedure to get a copy of charge sheet
I have been accused of a false sexual harassment case 1yr back by a co worker. In 1st week of December 2017 my lawyer updated that the police have submitted the chargesheet & next date for the case was in Jan 2018. On the said date due to some problem my lawyer could not turn up & he had advised me against going alone to attend the proceedings. So the date went unattended from my side. Now my lawyer tells me that chargesheet has not been signed by the judge so the next date has been given in July 2018. I am wondering whether this delay is because we missed attending the court in January. Is it possible for a court to schedule a date when the chargesheet is not ready/unsigned? Is there any way I can get a copy of the chargesheet before the next date in July?
Advocate Abhijeet Shukla answered
First of all if you have paid the lawyer and he has not attended your case you need to change the Lawyer. Also hire another lawyer to find out the status of the Case and apply to get the certified copy of the charge sheet and or certified copy of the entire proceedings.
