Can a settlement deed be revoked by donor itself.

Is settlement deed can be revoke by donor itself if it is not registered and having signature of 6 witnesse?
Is it family settlement or gift deed? Generally can not be revoked but with certain exceptions it can be. For proper answer I need to examine the document and also need full facts and circumstances. You may contact me if so desire.
