Hi

Please inform what is the nature of the property owned by your grandfather, as follows:

1. Was the property in which sisters want to take share self acquired meaning did grand father buy the property during life time.
2. Was the property in which sisters want to take share inherited by ur grandfater.

Are you writing on behalf of your mother or massi or both.

The answer to above query will help to opine the exact status as to amendment made by the 2005 Act.

Regards

Manpreet
