what are Legal steps to stop sale of Father's self acquired property ?

My father is being influenced by my elder sibling (sister) to sell his self acquired house. what legal steps I can take to stop sale of property without my consent? What legal recourse I can take after sale of property to get back my share from the sale? Pls guide.

You will need to file proceedings in court to stop the sale of the property and protect your share and interest in the property. If the sale is done, you will need to challenge the same in court and also claim your share.

As you have told your sister is influencing your father and second fact is this that property is your father's self acquired property so as per my opinion I will say you are not authorised to interfere until and unless your father is not in sound state
