Sale agreement of house made but do not wish to sell it, what to do

30-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My dad had done a sale agreement to our lessee in 2008.There were multiple sale agreements with different dates.when we decided not to sell our house. They filed a case.During sale agreement they had just given some advance amount.Even if we plan to sell now he is not ready to pay us the current market rate.He wants us to give away the house for very less price. This is unfair. My dad has worked and now his health condition is also not good. In a situation like this what do you all think is the best way to get out of it.Case is still in the lower court. Kindly advise.Thank you so much in advance

Your opponents have filed a case for specific performance, and you are already represented by an advocate. His and our opinions usually will not differ much. But still I prefer to know the stage of the case as yet and want to see the sale agreement before giving any opinion.
