Purchased property when sons were minor can they claim share now

Hi sir /madam, We purchased a land in 1995, from a widow mother and her sons, Mother have minor 2 minor son and a minor daughter who didnt signed th sale deed. They filled a suit in 2005. Will they have any right,?
If the minor children also had share in the property then the mother was supposed to sell that property with the permission of the court. If no such permission was taken then the children can challenge such sale.
