Purchase a property on name of minor child

My Grand father purchased a property on name of my father at 1969 (father was minor on that time), But after 40 year when my Grand father death , my uncle ask to divide that property. Is that property is divisible

If your grandfather had purchased the property out of his own income, then your uncle cannot chalange the purchase or claim partition in the property.

In such case, your uncle has no right to claim partition in the property.
