Can a property owned by a minor be transferred

1.Register vasiyat tut sakti hai ya nhi 2.property miner ke name hai.uske Father zamin apne brother ke name krwa sakte hai ya nhi.agar krwa sakte hai to kaise????
A property in the name of minor can only be transferred with the permission of the court not otherwise. Registered will can be got cancelled firstly by executant himself if he is not alive then by the court when the person entitled can create suspicious circumstances. Property in the name minor can only be transferred with the permission of the court
