Property dispute between Maternal uncle and step nephew

Sautela bhagina aur mama ke Bich property ka 1/4 share ke liye judge court me 2014 se case chal rha.Humane 2003 or 2012 me do property kharide uske mama se.hum or Meri family new home rah rahe hai par uska sautela bhagina ne Meri property pe injunction order lagya hai.. bolta hai ap kaam nh kr skte hai.. or police v paresan kr rhi h ki ap apne ghar ka koi improvement nh kr skte h.. 2012 wali property me ghar bana kr jaise taise rah rhe or 2003 k property me boundary de kr lock h.mre pass dono property ka mutation paper v h.. or municipal related v sare paper h.. mere ghar me electricity or water v aya hua.. 2 Sala se Naye ghr me rah rhe h.. hum ek Hindu h.. or mama or sautela bhagina v Hindu h.. Hume Kya Karni chahiye.. plz help kare
You have not stated the property which you have purchased was owned by whom whether it was owned by maternal uncle and if so then what is the legal title of nephew and what is the present position of the case and filed against whom whether you have been made party in the suit.
