My in law acquired my house and not wiling to vacate it what to do

I am a serving solider in the Indian Army. What legal action can I take as he is unwilling to vacate the same he house is on my name am not being aloud to enter in my house enforcement by Delhi police

You can file a complaint in police station showing ownership and illegal occupation by the persons.
Further you can file a suit for possession in the concerned court.
But, since you have mentioned some enforcement by Delhi police please check if your in-law has got some court order or documentation on the basis of which it was done.

Well of course you can evacuate imposter.ur query is devoid of many information;viz -where is the house is it government accommodation,did you write anything as agreement etc.where are you living. R u taking any rent pl answer

I think you know this if any house or quarters has been allotted on your name you cannot sublet that house well if it has been done you can simply complaint to your local police station that somebody had encroachment on government property which has been allotted on your name
