My husband remarry before my divorce and he don't like to give me any property. I have 1 son 9 year old .and I want his custody. And live with my son in my husbands home ,i don't want divorce

U can file criminal complaint against your husband .You have right on his property Because your still his legally weded wife.
You and your son can get share and maintenance from your husband ..

without divorce second marriage is an offence under section 494 of IPC. you can file complaint.
Being a mother you can take custody of your son.
and you can file petition for Restitution of conjugal Right in family Court.
