Hi I am currently unemployed with two kids and need to know if mutually agreed divorce can be reached at the earliest

mutual divorce time period is 6 month from filling of the divorce petition.from when you both are seperated? mandate condition of filing of divorce petition that husband and wife should be seperated of 1 year before filing of the petition.

you nothing mentioned in your query about your present marital status. whether you both are staying together or not? Anyway if she filed divorce petition you can file RCR.you can deny to give divorce with proper reason.

Q: How to deal with wife committing adultery

My wife was having ex marital affair ,also we r joint family with mom and sister.she not behave properly with all of us I am having two kids more than five times she left home with out kid we solve problems and request her to come back every time.many times she didn't cook food for more than five days.Now on first of June again she left home and come-back on 7 June with his NRI brother.Her brother threaten us for legal action arguing falls complaint .Now I need suggestions what I can do to avoid further action. Kindly guide me.

you can file divorce petition on ground of adultery...and if you have any proof about relation of your wife and her boyfriend then you can file criminal case against both under adultery for further enquiry you can contact me

Q: Need information regarding transfer of flat in legal heirs​ name

I am the only legal heir to my parents, my father is no more & mother 80 is hail & hearty. Our society members are requesting all members to get a gift deed done to transfer the flat in the legal heirs name stating that it will be a very cumbersome process after the death of parents to include the legal heirs name in society records & transfer the flat in legal heirs name. Please guide if the above os true & what is the correct procedure to transfer the flat in one's name being the only legal heir after death of parent or property (flat) owner. What would be the approx cost & time taken in this entire process.

Q: Cheque bounce issue due to stop payment by the drawee

We have invested money in kids shoot agency. They promised to refund within time limit.now they are refusing lyk we don't have money at present band all. Three months before they given a cheque we have deposited on due date . Bt now we got information from the banker that they stopped your payment . Now how can we recover our money from them. Will this count in cheq bouncing?

you have not mentioned the cheque bounce date anyway First send legal notice through advocate with in one month of cheque bounce. if they do not pay with in 15 days of the notice. you can file complaint under section 138 of N.I Act in court. for further help contact me on my phone.
