How to safeguard the plot from being occupied by any person illegaly?

I want to buy a residential plot in gurgaon. I stay in Noida. It is not possible for me to take care of the plot. Is there any way to secure the plot from being occupied? I am taking loan on the same and i am gonna build a boundary wall as well. How can i save it from trespassers?
Keep the title deeds e.g. Mother deed, Conveyance deed etc. and any other proof that shows you are the rightful owner, with you.
Apart from these legal documents, try barring the compound wall.
Place a board that states "This property belongs to XYZ, trespassers will be prosecuted".(with your phone no.) This will help you declare that you have undisputed title to the property and acts as a warning to probable trespassers.
