How to enforce vested interests in joint family property

My grand father have some property in my town.He passed away 10 years back.But now my father changed the properties into his name and he built some flats and he is getting rent from those flats.Now my father is spending those whole money to my brother and daughter in law.And we have doubt that he wrote the will that property to my brother's son and daughter. Till now my father is not given to me to any property.I have married 5 years back.Is I have any right for those ny grand father property.

You have no mentioned to which religion you belong. If you are hindus, you will have right as it is ancestral in nature. The Grand Father's property will be devolved on his wife, sons, daughters equally. I think your father is one of the son. Again the property fallen to the share of your father shall be divided among his legal heirs i.e. sons and daughters (including you). File Partition immediately.
