Fathers conditional will for daughters,99% in favor of sons,what to do

Father in law makes will 99% in favor of 2 sons. 3 daughters have conditioned share negligible... Do they have any right or not per Gender equality and 2005 law of inheritance. Can it be a class action suit. I have the will copy from court as brothers refused

A person (Hindu) can only will his self acquired property.A Person can not will property which is inherited from ansestors.Further more a will can be challenged if it appears to be doubtful.In such cases will has to be proved by the beneficiary.A will can be best proved by the witness to the will.

Well you have not mentioned what is the 99 stand for but if you are going to take your share on the basis of will then I would like to suggest you kindly file is suit for mutation in the concerned Court on the basis of will and after that if you have to file a suit for declaration only then you can have fever from the concerned Court...

Hello, hindu personal law along with its amendments and verious laws commission report does provide for such a right to woman, the right to property for hindu woman. Has the probate been obtained from the court? Revert back if possible.
