Cancelled membership because not paid 3 months emi

I have applied for a site in Mysore with a developer. Its a DC converted site. I am paying the installment every 3 months from 2014. Incidentally.This time from November when I am trying to pay the money they said your membership cannot be continued because I did not pay the emi for last 3 months and the membership is terminated as this was mentioned in agreement (In agreement its mentioned that if we don't pay the amount for 2 continuous months membership will be cancelled My question is if this was the case how did they accepted every 3 months emi from last 2 years Can I take any legal

it would be wise to consult an advocate with a copy of the agreement, if they were accepting EMI's once in 3 months then cancellation is wholly unwarranted and this can be challenged before the consumer court.

Your Agreement has to be review thoroughly.

Developer can't forefiet the entire amount paid by you since years. There is some thing wrong with Developer ofrhe is becoming greedy.

You issue legal notice to the Developer. Wait for satisfactory reply from Developer. If he fails to reply specifically, you can file suit for specific performance or for recovery of money paid to him.

It's always good to negotiate and settle. Take help of negotiators or counsels and try to settle the matter amicably. If settlement is not happening, litigation is the way forward.
