Can daughter claim share in her grandparents property

Sir, i am a widow and my husband was in defense services and died on duty in 2013. After that i faced many problems from my in laws espesially from my father in law and my brother in law as they tried to make illigal relation with me and i oppose .From then i am struggling .I have one 3 years olgirl also.Now the matter is that my father in law transfered some of the property situated at prime location. I am not in a situation to fight with them.I want to know if my father in law can make registry in the name of his another daughter in law without my/my daughters consent ? what should i do ?

Dear madam as per your question and acording to hindu sucssetion amendment act 2005 daughter claim his father property when father is die before 1 December 2004 but your matter father in law can not transfer with out due process of law because your baby have right in property by birth also you have right in property after died your husband

If the property of your father in Law is coming from his father or fore fathers, it is called ancestral property. Such a property can not be transferred without permission by you and your daughter. if the property is self acquired by your father in law, you or your daughter have no right in that property.

You and your daughter having the right full share in that property. You can file an declaration and permanent injunction suit (in case of residential plot civil court and in case of agricultural land revenue court ) to restringing them to do so.
