Sir, once u have gifted the property you have transfered all the rights over the property and you don't have any rights over that property, and u can first cancel the gift deed and then u can enjoy the right and can donate the property after cancelation of deed.

You can transfer the immovable property If you are the sole owner of the property and there is no other claimants to the said property. You can execute a gift deed to your wife and the has to be registered. Your wife will get the right on property once you execute the gift deed in her name and you will not posses any legal right on the said property once you transfer it in your wife name through Gift Deed.
