What rights do daughters have in fathers property

We are 8sister and 1 brother and mom and dad is no more. Now my elder sister and elder brother and not allawing my unmarried sister stay peacefully in the house.they are hitting using abusive language, bad words, does not allow her to use water, electricity, gas etc in the house. My elder and one more sister are not married and rest all are married but after my mom passed away she is not allowing any of us to enter the house. I want to know what are the legal rights ---
All the sisters and brother have right of inheritance considering that the property belongs to your parents. Since you are 8 sisters and 1 brother, there will be 10 shares of the property. Each daughter will get one share and son will get 2 shares.
