I want to challenge maintenance Order passed by family court

My marriage held on 6/6/2010 and my wife file a false report on 13/12/2013 at 11.10 p.m. and then she filled a maintenance suite on 25 May 2014 and court grant intereme maintenance order on 16 Aug. 2014 and final order will be passed on 25 Jan. 2017 with cost of Rs. 1500/- P.M. I am doing typeing work on computer and earn rs. 150/- in a day as 15 Rs/page but court has coat as you are a skilled labour than your earning more than 500/day so why you should not pay 1500/month to your wife. please I want to discuss you at your office at Nagpur on your working day.. Thanking your. Sir I am Muslim, and my marriage is arranged marriage with sunni hanfi maslak. We both belongs to sunni hanfi maslak. but unfortunatly my wife want Talaque with Rs. 200000/-cash and their dahaj articles back. I am not able to give her 200000/- cash .
Appeal/ Revision of the said family court order can be filed before the high court if you are not financially sound then contact Legal Aid department and get free legal aid to fight the case. Challenge this order only if you have substantial reasons to convince the court that you are ordered to pay beyond your means and you can take a stand that wife is earning and was hiding facts, your other liabilities were not considered, your wife's educational and financial status were not considered while passing order etc. Irrespective which religion you are, you are bound to oblige to this order or challenge the same in the High Court. Regarding talak, take time and go for family counseling and mediation.
