Can my husband divorce me over a text message

My ex-husband has divorced me over a text message over a trivial issue which could have been resolved if he wasn’t so egoistic. It's been a month and I have not been officially notified of anything. I need your assistance on following: - moral damages for ending it without giving me any heads up about it - my maintenance claim in the last year of marriage - 3 month nafaqah after divorce - Him to cancel my spouse resident visa as I might have some immigration problem for not being in UAE for more than 6 months after September - Claim of legal fee since he has divorced me and paperwork i
no there is no.such.law.in India to be divorce on text message even if one is other than Hindu you have have to go with judiciAl. proress by filing div petition..even if there is a process over text message then there arecertain..formality to go with the law othereisr div can.not be presumed.only.text message is not sugfficient for you you can approach.Mr for further clarification
