Negligence by doctor during operation what compensation can be claimed

I am victim of medical negligence case, i am going to file a case in consumer court. it is taking some time, untill may i put the case on internet like facebook, twitter etc. would that be safe enough for me?what precaution should i take so that the doctors did not take any advantage. Doctor left a cotton in the stomach while sysarian delivery becoz that intestine infected and had to cut 2-4 inches, upto what amount may i ask for compensation?
It is better you file the case in the NCDRC and then publish it on the Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites. You can claim the total medical expenses which would include the medication as well as the operation amount and the total fees of the Hospital you had paid with Interest above that a minimum of 40-50 lakh can be asked as compensation from the Hospital/ Clinic or the Doctor for the Negligence they have committed.
