Old tenant is not ready to vacate the property

ELLO SIR, ACTUALLY I WANT TO SELL MY TWO SHOPS BECAUSE OF SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEMS BUT ONE OF THEM SHOP IS ON RENT FROM THE LAST 30-40 YEARS TO A SINGLE TENANTS. AND HE IS NOT READY TO EVICT THE SOAP AND HE HAS RELATION WITH SOME LOGAL GUNDA PEOPLE WHO CALLED ME TWO OR THREE TIMES TO NOT EVICT THE SHOP AND FORCE ME FOR NOT TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION LIKE SUIT FILE ETC BUT SIR I NEED MONEY IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE OF SOME REASON SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO? EVEN I HAVE A ANOTHER VACANT SHOAP, SO IT WILL BE BETTER TO SHIFT THAT TENANT INTO THAT SHOAP?OR NOT Sir i need your help please suggest me i will be very thankful to you

You will have to send a notice for eviction to the tenant, after that you will have to file a suit for eviction in the jurisdictional civil court along with the title deeds etc.

If you don't want to take legal action then may negotiate with him for compromise. You may shift his shop but be aware. It should be a written agreement properly signed by both parties. Consult to an advocate near to you in this regard.
