sir aaj 50year se ham log ek jagah PR rah rahe h lekin wah jagah kisi or k name PR h.unhone use samay baba ko WO jameen di thi PR likha padhi nhi huaa tha.ab unke bhai jameen PR kabja krna chahte h kya kiya jaye.
Jinke name pe zameen hai kya wo abhi zinda hai? Agar wo zinda hai toh unke bhai ka koi haq nhi h zameen par kabza krne ka. Lekin agar wo zinda nahi hai toh unki wife ya baccho ka haq hai us zameen pe sirf. Agar unke bacche ya wife hai hi nahi tb unke bhai ka haq hai zameen pe.
