is it safe to lease deceased father's agricultural property?

My father death on 2015 . my father has 6 acare of land in tilda town he has give it in lease(adhiya) in unformal way just my mouth without any papaer work . as leasein of land is frohibided in c.g .and now the tenant is harvested the the land continous for three year 2014-2015 and 2016 . for 2017 its also staed prepration for harvestion .as i am a student of class 12 and over father i the only a mature person in over family . so can you please tell us the is its legaly safe to continous give land to tenant to harvest my father land or we should change the tenant . or left the land without cultivation . and also what precaution to take i furher giving my father land to tenant does there is any law if we give land for cultiovtion for 3,4,5,or 6 continios the tenand became the sole ownerthanking you for your pations for giving my issue your precios time
