Construction of PG in residential area what can I do

Constructing of 4 to 5 floors building in the Residential Area for the purpose of Paying Guest, not the plan approval is done nor Licence is there to run PG,we are not able to stay in the Locality. How can we stop this construction built for the purpose of PG, N How can we remove the existing PG . Kindly help us with information.

First issue legal notice to the Municipality, because it is local authority, who deals with such problems.
You have to issue legal notice u/s 80 of CPC to remove the building which has constructed without following due procedure of law and without the permission.
If municipality kept quiet then file a suit for mandatory injunction against the owner and municipality to remove the building.
Limitation to file suit is two years. So it is necessary to know when the building is constructed.
