Construction by landlord causing disturbance to tenant what can I do

My Landlord has started construction on the premises without prior intimation and when we were away on a holiday.I am a single lady staying with my 15 yr old son and a dog and suffer from degenerative disc disorder.The noise and dust is unbearable and the landlord threatens me with police power. I have put in a request for transfer of my child to mumbai where my husband is employed since 2 days when we came back.My husband is on a business trip to USA and cannot return premature.I am forced to close all doors and windows .
Well you are tenant your landlord.can not disturb you..in case esnt to constrict house he has to take permiddion from authority and even from his tenant .you have right to file stay application before civil court th and civil court will definitely.pass an order in favour of you you can contact me if you want to.gigjy a case
