X company took service from us but not paying now what action?

We have done the service to the X company and raised the invoice against service but X company not willing to pay,invoice been raised bangalore court but work order been mentioned chennai court. Please let whether it can be done and challenged
If the amount due is high then you may file for winding up of the company, if not you can file for recovery of the amounts.
Jurisdiction would be either in chennai or bangalore. since there is part cause of action in both states.
