Wrong martial status does it affect govt job status

I got marriage on 4th may 2014. My family dont know about it. I got govt job. In front of my parents i give my marital status unmarried. Now i live with my parent. I do not go to my husband house. Is that harmful to MY jobs
First of all, supersession/withholding of any material information on the part of a Govt employee constitute misconduct.
Secondly,if employment is secured by giving false /incorrect information, the employment is liable to be terminated in accordance with the relevant service Regulations.
Thirdly, Govt employee's service Regulations provide for furnishing information regarding marital status at time of joining the service.
